How private is the information we give you on this site? All information submitted on-line will remain confidential and will only be used to provide you with better service. We will not sell it or give it to any other party. |

How often are the listings updated in your search? Our database of active listings is updated several times a day and always contains all the active listings in our area. |
|
Why is the listing information on some homes incomplete? We show you exactly what we get from our MLS system. Sometimes the data is incomplete because it is a new listing, otherwise that is what the listing Realtor submitted. |

How come when I did a search, no listings were found? It could be that there are no new listings that meet your criteria since your last search. Either broaden your criteria or ask for all listings, rather than just those that are new since your last search. |

I did a search of just new listings since my last search, so why was a listing that I had seen previously, found? Either there was a price change on this listing since your last search or the listing expired and was re-listed. |

Why, when I click on a link to another website, is the page not found? If it happens consistently then please let us know that we have an inactive link. Other sites do change their addresses and it is difficult to keep track of them all. We appreciate your help when they don't work. |

Why should I register for your search? Take a look at the format of our feature listings to get an idea of the type of information you will see for all of the MLS listings. While you won't see the same number of pictures, you will get all the same details as well as a link to a map. |

How quickly will I get my password after I register? Your password will be emailed to you instantly so you can immediately log in to our search. |

I registered but never got a password in my email? It is possible that you typed your email address incorrectly so re-register and we will send you another one. |

I tried linking to the 'View Map' option on a listing but it said that the address could not be found? We use Yahoo maps for the MLS listings and even when given the correct information, it does not always find the right street. Sorry. |

What is the Scrapbook for? This is just a place for you to save listings that are of interest to you. You can view them at anytime, as long as they are not sold. You may also delete any home from your scrapbook whenever you want. |

I got lost on your site. How can I find my way back out? With the exception of our search section, our site is never more than two levels deep. Just move your mouse over the top buttons and the section you are in will appear in red. You can go back to any sections menu page by selecting that button. |

I consistently get No Matching Homes Found or the same results as my last search, even when I ask for All Listings? This can happen if your browser is set to use a previously saved version of a page. Unfortunately for our site, we have no control over your individual browser settings. Try changing you browser settings so that it checks for a new page every time. Contact us if you need help with these settings. |
