Licensed since 1991, Dan is consistently a top
producing and award winning Realtor. He is also a
very involved and committed member of our community.
He truly enjoys real estate and hopes that his enthusiasm

Dan is fifty-two years old and while born in Thunder Bay, Ontario, he grew
up in and has lived in North Vancouver since 1965. He graduated from Lynn Valley
Elementary and Argyle Secondary. He received his post-secondary education at the
B.C. Institute of Technology, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in the Business
Division, and then with the Society of Management Accountants. Prior to acquiring
his real estate license he had a very challenging career as the Chief Financial
Officer for a commercial lending and land development corporation, as the Vice
President of a group of junior resource companies, and as the President and a
principal of a group of companies in commercial property leasing and development,
retailing, corporate communications and marketing, and financing. |

He is committed to staying up to date on industry trends and new developments, and to using leading edge technology to serve you as effectively as possible.He has been acknowledged with many sales awards but the award that means the most to him was being named by his peers as the first ever Realtor of the Year for North & West Vancouver. He was also recently asked to speak at the RE/MAX International Convention in Florida. | |
| Dan has always played an active role in our community and has volunteered his time and expertise to many groups. He is proud of the role he played in helping North Vancouver win the bid to host the B.C. Winter Games but the opening of Ice Sports North Shore in 1998 was his biggest accomplishment. Dan spent 10 years, meeting and lobbying our municipal governments, to secure a new 3 sheet ice arena for our community. For his efforts, he has been honoured with a Life Membership in the North Vancouver Minor Hockey Association, a Life Membership in the North Vancouver Recreation Commission and was named as the Volunteer Executive of the Year for the B.C. Amateur Hockey Association. | |||

Dan's interest in residential real estate was sparked partially by his enjoyment
in renovating houses. In his spare time, he has totally renovated two homes,
including all of his own electrical, plumbing, drywalling, tiling, countertops,
hardwood refinishing, masonary, pool reno and maintenance, landscaping, painting,
etc. So when you have a question about what can be done to improve your home,
Dan can help. With his two sons out of minor hockey and in college, Dan is hoping to find some time now to improve his drumming chops and golf game. |
